Acceptable Use Policy

1.Why this exists

CreatorBase writes content and publishes it to real social platforms under your name. That combination can be misused, and a tool that automates publishing is only as trustworthy as the rules around it. This policy is part of the Terms of Service, and breaking it is grounds for suspension.

2.Do not deceive people

• No impersonating a person, brand, or organisation, and no implying an endorsement, affiliation or partnership that does not exist.
• No fabricated facts, statistics, quotes, testimonials, reviews, or case studies presented as real. Generated text is confident by default and frequently wrong; presenting it as verified fact is on you.
• No synthetic audio or video of a real person without their explicit permission.
• No content designed to manipulate an election, a market, or a public health decision.
• No concealing a paid or sponsored relationship where disclosure is required — including under the US FTC endorsement guides, the UK CAP Code, and equivalent rules elsewhere.

3.Do not spam

• No bulk or repetitive posting designed to game a platform's distribution.
• No operating networks of accounts to amplify the same message.
• No engagement farming, artificial engagement, or coordinated inauthentic behaviour.
• No using the publishing features to send unsolicited commercial messages to people who did not ask for them.

4.Respect other creators

CreatorBase can analyse public posts and explain why they performed. That is research. It is not a licence to copy.

• No reproducing another creator's post, script, or copy substantially verbatim.
• No presenting someone else's work, insight or research as your own.
• No using the analysis features to harass, target, or build a dossier on an individual.
• No attempt to obtain private or login-gated content about anyone.
• Learn the pattern; write your own thing. That is the entire point of the feature.

5.Respect the platforms

• Follow the terms of every platform you connect. They govern automated posting, third-party tools, cross-posting and rate limits, and they differ from each other.
• Connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
• Do not use the service to evade a suspension, ban, or rate limit imposed on you by a platform.

6.Prohibited content

Do not create, store, or publish through the service:

• Content that sexualises minors, in any form. This is reported, not warned about.
• Content that incites violence or promotes a violent extremist organisation.
• Targeted harassment, threats, doxxing, or hate speech against people on the basis of a protected characteristic.
• Malware, phishing, or fraud — including investment, crypto, and get-rich-quick schemes.
• Unlicensed medical, legal, or financial advice presented as professional guidance.
• Material that infringes someone's copyright or trademark. See our DMCA policy.

7.Do not abuse the infrastructure

• No attempts to circumvent usage limits, quotas, or the metering that keeps this affordable.
• No probing, scanning, or load-testing our systems without written permission. Good-faith security research under our disclosure terms is welcome and excluded from this.
• No accessing another account's data, or trying to.
• No reselling access, and no using the service as a backend for your own product without an agreement.
• No scraping the service itself.

8.How we enforce this

We do not read your drafts looking for violations. Enforcement is driven by reports, by abuse signals, and by legal obligation.

• First, we ask. For most problems you will get an email and a chance to fix it.
• We may suspend immediately where there is active harm, illegality, a security threat, or a risk to our platform accounts.
• Severe violations end the account without warning. Child sexual abuse material, credible threats of violence, and coordinated fraud are in this category and are reported to the relevant authorities.
• Appeal anything to [LEGAL_EMAIL](mailto:LEGAL_EMAIL). A human reads it.

9.Reporting a violation

Email [CONTACT_EMAIL](mailto:CONTACT_EMAIL) with as much detail as you can, including links. If you are a creator reporting that your work was copied, say so and we will prioritise it.
